Sometimes the plastic factory flange doesn’t work for your application.   Do you have a different intake manifold?  Do you need to route your hoses a different way.   Use this kit to angle them any way that you need. 

Supplied is a blank Flange with O-ring, 2 nipples, same as factory size, and a partial tube, with some angle on it to help get you pointed in the right direction.
