This is a weld on Mass Air Flow sensor flange, popular in VR6 builds and swaps. Get rid of that plastic tube, and create that dream engine bay you have always wanted. Fits nicely on 3"-4" pipes, my goal was to make an easier weld edge for people. Instead of trying to weld a big block that sits on a pipe leaving huge gaps.
